Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step into leadership, or a Team Leader looking for a role where you can still stay close to the action?

ANZUK Education is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Schools Temporary Recruitment Team based in our Collingwood head office.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine recruitment, coaching and team development. You'll work closely with your team to attract and engage quality educators, build talent pipelines and ensure Victorian schools have access to exceptional temporary staff when they need them most.

You’ll lead from the front, supporting recruiters to achieve their goals while contributing to team performance and driving recruitment outcomes.

What you’ll do

- Lead, coach and support a team of Recruitors to achieve recruitment and placement targets
- Remain actively involved in recruitment, sourcing and talent engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong educator talent pools across Victoria
- Develop sourcing and attraction strategies to improve candidate quality and availability
- Drive team performance through coaching,



mentoring and regular feedback
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes for schools and educators
- Champion recruitment best practice, compliance and candidate experience

What we’re looking for

- Agency recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-pace or high-volume environment
- Previous leadership experience or a desire to step into a people leadership role
- A passion for coaching and developing others
- Strong candidate management, sourcing and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Energy, resilience and a genuine passion for helping people succeed
