As part of a significant information management initiative, the organisation is modernising its records and workflow capabilities by transitioning from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 technologies. This project will play a key role in enhancing collaboration, strengthening information governance, and delivering more efficient, streamlined services across the organisation.

About the Role

As the Business Analyst, you will facilitate workshops, capture business requirements, map current and future state processes, and support solution design, testing and implementation. You will play an important role in improving records management, workflow automation and information governance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Map current and future-state processes, workflows and business impacts.
- Support the migration from HP TRIM (Content Manager) to SharePoint Online
- Contribute to solution design, testing,



user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
- Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational needs and project outcomes.
- Support records management and information governance practices throughout the transformation.
- Apply practical experience across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Power Apps and workflow or business process mapping.
- Produce transparent, high-quality documentation and maintain strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
