The Allied Health team at Aberfoyle Park Residential Services is seeking an engaged and enthusiastic Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join the Resthaven family on a permanent part-time basis, working 7 days a fortnight.

Responsibilities
- Permanent part-time basis, 7 days a fortnight, 09:00am to 5:00pm
- Assess residents, plan and evaluate programs or treatments
- Assess residents with a wide range of acute and chronic disorders and implement appropriate therapy, care planning, and documentation in line with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission standards
- Prescribe a delivery of complex pain management involving therapeutic massage and/or equipment designed for pain management
- Ensure functional and physical assessments support the resident's level of need to optimise eligible government funding
- Participate in continuing education and courses updating Physiotherapy techniques and information
- Current AHPRA registration
- At least 6 months of experience working in the role of Physiotherapist
Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration (or equivalent)
- Experience in aged care and ability to work with older adults
