Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of property claims
- Build solid working relationships with clients, brokers and underwriters
- Provide clear advice, updates, and guidance to clients throughout the claims process
- Coordinate with insurers/service providers to progress claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate claim notes, documentation and compliance standards
