About the Role

The role is for a caregiver in Estia Health’s aged care homes. The selected candidate will provide person‑centred support to residents at our homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Responsibilities

- Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfy and well‑fed
- Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs
- Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active
- Maintain residents’ health records and assist with treatments
- Act as a friend and advocate for residents, respecting their privacy and dignity

Qualifications

- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Hands‑on experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
