The Program Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the integrated execution of the Digital Program across Product, Functional Design, Technical, Data, Testing and Change functions.

Working in partnership with Silverchain stakeholders, Digital Services, and the Strategic Implementation Partner, the role is accountable for coordinating delivery activities, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring all components of the program are planned, sequenced and aligned to deliver business-ready outcomes.

The Program Delivery Lead provides leadership across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, maintaining an integrated view of program readiness and ensuring solutions are deployable, operationally ready, and aligned to approved program objectives, release commitments and governance decisions. The Program Delivery Lead works closely with the Program Director, PMO Lead, Product, Technical, and Change leads to coordinate delivery activities, resolve dependencies and maintain integrated delivery readiness across the Digital Program.

The Program is to be delivered within a three year period, accommodating a national roll out across both health and aged care workforces.

What we’re looking for

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience delivering large, complex technology or business transformation initiatives, including experience leading delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups and delivery partners.
- Experience working in health, aged care, community services or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology implementations, preferably including CRM and ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Australian health and aged care legislation and relevant data privacy and security regulations.
- Experience working in a not-for-profit healthcare or aged care organisation.
- Professional certifications in Project Management (for example PMP, Prince2, Agile)

The role

- Lead and coordinate the integrated execution of the Digital Program across Product, Functional Design, Technical, Data, Testing and Change functions.
- Translate approved program objectives, plans and governance decisions into coordinated delivery activities.
- Ensure delivery activities remain aligned to agreed scope, priorities, sequencing and release commitments.
- Establish and maintain an integrated view of delivery activities, dependencies, constraints and milestones across the program.
- Identify,



manage and resolve cross-functional delivery dependencies spanning business, product, technical, data, testing and change activities.
- Facilitate effective decision making and issue resolution between workstreams to maintain delivery momentum.
- Establish and maintain an integrated readiness framework across Product, Technical, Data, Reporting, Testing and Change functions.
- Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness assessments and cutover activities.
- Lead the identification, assessment and resolution of delivery risks, issues and constraints that impact multiple workstreams.
- Drive timely resolution of delivery impediments through collaboration, negotiation and escalation where required
