Better Rehab is offering a Graduate Program designed by clinicians for clinicians. You will work in Ipswich, Springwood, Stones Corner, or Sumner supporting NDIS participants aged 6-65 with therapies across homes, clinics and community spaces.
The role focuses on functional, participant-led therapy with solid supervision and flexible diary control. Graduates gain a structured induction, 1:1 discipline-specific supervision and 6 months of training plus 4 paid study leave days per year.
