Blackwoods Readymixed is expanding its operations and is seeking a Concrete Agitator Driver to join the team and support the growth of the business. The Concrete Agitator Driver at Blackwoods Readymixed is responsible for safely delivering concrete to various sites, managing slump tolerance levels, and completing related documentation. The role requires a Heavy Rigid (HR) license, a clean driving record, and willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing. Experience in the concrete industry or with Road Ranger gearboxes is preferred. Key duties include vehicle maintenance, customer relationship management, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. The position offers 40-55 hours per week, including some Saturdays, with training available. The role is based in Warragul, Victoria.

Skills and experience
Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence is required;
Training provided if required;
Possess a clean driving record; VicRoads History must be presented before engagement.
Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing;
Experience with Road Ranger gearboxes is desirable,

Concrete Industry experience preferred;

Key responsibilities & duties
Safe and efficient delivery of concrete to sites;
Manage slump tolerance levels and discharge of concrete;
Complete documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the concrete;
Safe loading and unloading of truck;
Ensure safety standards are maintained including daily pre-start checks on the vehicle;
Safe operation, routine maintenance and a high standard of cleaning vehicle/s (internal and external);
Develop and maintain solid domestic and commercial customer relationships;
General plant and yard maintenance;
Other tasks as directed by your Manager
