With continued growth across WA, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team based in our Subiaco office , playing a key role in building strong, reliable workforces across the group.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, fast-paced recruitment role with a strong blue-collar focus,



supporting high-volume operational hiring while also assisting with select white-collar and support roles across the business.

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, Operations Mangers, HR and key site leaders, you will own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, offering support the Recruitment Advise the ensuring our crews are job-ready and set up for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- High-volume recruitment for roles including:
- Recruitment of selected corporate and support roles (Admin, HSE, Operations Support, Site Supervisors)
- Job advertising across Seek, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screening, phone interviews, coordination of interviews and offers
- Onboarding new hires, including medicals, pre-employment compliance checks and reference verification
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future workforce demand
- Supporting workforce planning and mobilisation readiness
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, contracts and employee details
- Liaising with labour hire suppliers as required

ABOUT YOU

Previous recruitment experience, ideally within resources, mining, drilling or civil services

Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience required

Strong exposure to high-volume blue-collar

Experince recruiting white collar roles

Confident partnering with Operations and hiring managers





Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills with a people-first approach

Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced setting

Full working rights in Australia

Ability to obtain a current National Police Clearance
