Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of an entire shift, leading approximately 15-17 staff while ensuring production, quality, safety and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day shift operations across production,



quality, maintenance and sanitation
- Ensure production targets are met through effective planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Drive a strong safety culture through proactive hazard management and safety walks
- Coach, develop and manage team performance across a team of 15-17 staff
- Ensure GMP, HACCP and food safety standards are maintained while driving continuous improvement

About You

- Proven experience in a Shift Manager / Production Supervisor role within food or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong understanding of dairy or food processing environments highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to lead and engage teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
