The Next Chapter: Launching Jade Mortgages

To build on our multi-million-dollar national footprint, we are officially expanding into residential and commercial home loans through our newly formed entity, Jade Mortgages . Operating under the trusted Jade Finance banner, this expansion allows us to offer our massive national database an end-to-end suite of wealth and property lending products. We are seeking an exceptional, high-performing Mortgage Broker to take the reins, shape this brand, and build a world-class mortgage division.

As our lead Senior Mortgage Broker , you will manage and grow our mortgage book while looking after your clients from initial consultation through to settlement.

This isn't a traditional "cold-call and hustle" brokering role. You will be backed by Jade’s proprietary, high-volume online lead generation engine , feeding you qualified inbound enquiries daily alongside cross-referral opportunities from our existing asset finance book.

What You'll Do:

End-to-End Deal Management: Take ownership of the client journey—conducting discovery, analysing financial positions, structuring complex home/investment loans, and driving files through to settlement.





Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Capitalise on continuous inbound online leads and leverage our extensive commercial client network for mortgage cross-sells.

Lender Selection & Strategy: Match clients to optimal loan structures utilizing our 80+ lender panel to deliver competitive, compliant outcomes.

Strategic Growth: Help establish the operating processes, compliance frameworks, and growth trajectory for the new Jade Mortgages brand.

Future Growth & Equity Partnership:

For the right candidate, this is more than just a job. As the mortgage division scales, this role offers a clear potential pathway into business management, leadership, equity ownership, and profit-sharing in the new Jade Mortgages entity.

We are looking for a driven, client-focused qualified who balances elite credit knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma highly regarded) + current MFAA or FBAA membership (or eligible to join, with annual fees funded by Jade Finance).

Experience: Proven track record as a successful Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer with deep knowledge of credit policy across major and non-bank lenders.

Tech Literacy: Competency with industry aggregators and CRMs.

Growth Mindset: High initiative and drive, with a genuine ambition to build and scale a high-performing division.

Client-Centric Approach: An authentic passion for helping Australians achieve homeownership and property wealth.

Communication & Professionalism: Excellent spoken and written communication skills with a willingness to continually learn, adapt, and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
