Scope (Aust) is seeking a People & Performance Specialist (ER Specialist) to manage complex and high‑risk people matters end‑to‑end in line with policies and industrial instruments. You will advise leaders, coach through performance and disciplinary processes, and maintain robust case documentation while working in a diverse, fast-paced workplace.
You will report to the People & Performance Lead and collaborate with a team of six, supporting risk mitigation and fair, just culture.
