Due to continued growth, we're looking for an initiative-driven and proactive Junior HSET Coordinator to oversee and maintain all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Training (HSET) compliance. The successful candidate will ensure that our organisation meets regulatory standards, fosters a culture of safety, and supports continuous learning and development across all teams.

About the Role

Supported by the Shared Services team here in WA and interstate, this role includes:

- Assisting in the maintenance of safety and compliance systems
- Coordinating training and worker competencies
- Assisting with internal and external audits, inspections and risk assessments




- Supporting incident and injury management processes
- Providing safety advice and operational support
- Maintaining safety data and reporting

About You

- Experience in a similar position or the drive to pursue a career in safety
- Experience in the mining industry is preferred but not essential
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is essential
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards these qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be accountable for your own role and duties
- High level of time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail with a positive and proactive attitude
- High level of computer skills with Microsoft packages (word, excel)
