Practice Manager

Life Skills Hub is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary allied health practice.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, solving problems, improving systems and supporting people. You'll work closely with our Directors, Admin Manager and leadership team to ensure the business runs smoothly while creating an setting where clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care.
This is not simply an administration role. It is a senior operational leadership position responsible for overseeing business operations, administration, HR coordination, compliance, systems, faclities and continuous improvement across the organisation.

A key focus of this role will include
- Leading the day-to-day operations of Life Skills Hub
- Providing leadership and support to the Admin Manager, administration team and clinical team
- Coordinating HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and employment processes
- Overseeing operational compliance including NDIS, Medicare, WHS and privacy
- Managing business systems including Splose, Tanda, Microsoft 365 and operational workflows
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating facilities, contractors and business operations
- Supporting organisational projects, change management and strategic priorities
- Working closely with the Directors and leadership team to improve service delivery and staff experience
About You
You're someone who naturally sees opportunities to improve systems, enjoys creating structure and takes pride in helping a business run efficiently.
You build strong relationships while maintaining accountability and are comfortable balancing people leadership with operational responsibilities.

Essential Skills & Experience
You'll ideally bring experience in:
- Practice, operations or business management
- Leading administration teams
- HR coordination including recruitment and onboarding
- Developing systems, workflows and operational processes
- Working within allied health, healthcare, disability or community services
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with NDIS, Medicare, compliance or healthcare administration will be highly regarded.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Check
