AWA Technology Services is a key division of the ARA Technologies Group, specialising in onsite ICT support, deployment, remediation, and field services for major OEMs, system integrators, government, and enterprise customers across Australia. We manage large-scale national service delivery contracts supported by a dedicated workforce of field technicians, project teams, and technical support personnel.

We are seeking a capable and motivated Field Technician to join our growing field services team, based out of our SA office. If you enjoy hands‑on technical work, problem solving, working across different customer environments, and delivering high-quality onsite support, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As an IT Field Technician with AWA Technology Services, you will be responsible for delivering onsite technical support, installations, maintenance, and remediation services across a wide range of customer environments throughout metropolitan SA and surrounds.





This is a field‑based role suited to someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, travelling between customer sites, and solving real‑world IT and infrastructure issues independently. You will work across desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, payment systems, digital signage, and associated peripheral technologies.

The role includes a mobile phone, fully maintained company vehicle for business use, including a fuel card, e‑tag, and provides exposure to a broad range of technologies, customers, and environments.

Working alongside internal Service Co‑Ordinate‑ors and Project teams, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and support equipment onsite while ensuring a high standard of customer service and technical delivery.
