Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of quality menus that reflect creativity and excellence

- Ensure food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene standards

- Manage kitchen inventory, stock control, and food costs

- Assist in being part of a team, leading and training junion kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment

- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes





- Stay current with food trends and bring fresh ideas to menu creation

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a qualified cook and or chef

- Hospitality qualifications and equivalent work experience

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Passion for food and commitment to excellence

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of kitchen operations, and food safety standards
