This is not a typical social media job.

You'll work directly alongside Rohit Sood , Founder of SoudCoh, documenting the journey of building one of Australia's fastest-growing lead generation agencies.

Your job isn't just to film videos.

Your job is to turn everyday moments into content that millions of people actually want to watch.

You’ll attend client meetings, strategy sessions, office days, business trips, events, launches and behind-the-scenes moments—always looking for the next great piece of content.

If you're the type of person who watches creators like Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Grant Cardone, MrBeast, Daniel Dalen, Colin & Samir or other high-performing creators and constantly thinks "I would've filmed that differently," you'll probably enjoy this role.

What You'll Be Doing

- Follow Rohit throughout the workday capturing content
- Film with iPhone, DJI cameras and professional camera equipment
- Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Produce long-form YouTube videos
- Develop creative content ideas before filming
- Edit fast-paced, engaging videos
- Create thumbnails and basic graphics
- Help script videos when required
- Stay on top of social media trends
- Organise content libraries and filming schedules
- Travel when required for clients and events
