The Opportunity

Ready to kick-start your career in People & Culture? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic People & Culture Graduate to join our team during an exciting time of growth! This is a 6-12 month contract, with a view to permanency .

This is your chance to get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, learn from a supportive team, and build the foundations of a great People & Culture career.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude: curious, keen to learn, a genuine team player, and always asking "how can we do this better?" If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Here's what you'll get stuck into:

- P&C; Operations & Administration: Get involved in core P&C; processes, from maintaining employee records to supporting payroll and answering day-to-day questions through our P&C; inbox.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Help make new starters feel welcome and supported, coordinating admin and system setup from day one.
- Contract Variations & Visa Administration: Learn the ropes of contract changes and visa administration support.
- Talent Acquisition: Help to support and coordinate recruitment processes.
- Workcover & Safety Support:



Team up with our safety crew to support employees through Workcover claims and personal injury or illness.
- P&C; Systems & Reporting: Get your hands on our platforms, building your data and reporting skills along the way.
- Project & Bid Coordination: Jump into P&C; projects and help coordinate bid responses, great exposure to the bigger picture!
- Process Improvement: Bring your fresh perspective and energy to help us find smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources or a related field— whether you've just graduated or you're in your final semester, we want to hear from you!
- A genuine passion for people and a career in P&C.;
- A true team player who loves collaborating, pitching in, and learning from those around you.
- A natural problem-solver who's always curious about process improvement and doing things better.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A can-do attitude and the confidence to dive into new challenges.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- A high level of discretion when handling sensitive information, with a careful and accurate approach to record-keeping.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
