Workforce International is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Person with a valid forklift licence to join our client's dynamic team in Welshpool.

This position plays a key role in managing warehouse operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, and able to manage their workload independently once trained.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday (6am to 2:30pm)

Friday (6am to 12pm)

overtime available

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring all products are handled with care

- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring correct quantities and quality standards

- Assist with stock control and inventory management to ensure accurate records and stock levels

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse workplace, adhering to all health and safety regulations

- Liaise effectively with customers, couriers,



and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

- Work closely with other onsite staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Storeperson is essential

- Valid Forklift Licence with experience is essential (high reach experience is highly regarded)

- Basic computer literacy – ability to use systems for stock and order management

- Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks

- Good communication skills for dealing with customers, couriers, and internal staff
