Job description
Register Your Interest – Accenture Early Careers 2027
Your first job could be the one that changes everything.
The place where you discover what you're capable of.
Where you find your people, build skills that matter, and work on challenges that impact organisations, communities and industries across Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
That's Accenture.
- Exploring how AI is transforming the way organisations work
- Helping design digital experiences used by thousands — or even millions — of people
- Turning data into insights that inform real business decisions
- Building and delivering technology that solves meaningful problems
- Working alongside experts across technology, strategy, design, engineering, data and more
- Learning from people who are genuinely invested in your growth and development
No two careers at Accenture look the same. That's what makes them exciting.
More than a graduate program
You don't need your entire career planned out before you start.
Many of our people joined with an interest in technology, business, data, design or problem‑solving and discovered opportunities they never knew existed.
Bring your curiosity, ambition and willingness to learn. We'll help you build the rest.
The qualities that help people thrive here
We hire for potential — not just experience.
You might be a excellent fit if you are:
- Curious and eager to learn
- A problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges
- A strong communicator and collaborative teammate
- Interested in emerging technologies, including AI
- Adaptable, resilient and open to new experiences
You don't need to know exactly what role you want, be an expert in AI, or tick every box before applying.
We welcome students and graduates from all degree backgrounds, including technology, engineering, business, commerce, cyber security, data and AI, design, humanities, science, and many more.
Why now?
The world of work is evolving rapidly.
New technologies are reshaping industries, creating opportunities and opening career paths that didn't exist only a few years ago.
- Build future‑focused skills from day one.
- Gain exposure to meaningful work.
- Be supported by coaches, mentors and a community of people who were once in your shoes.
You belong here
We're committed to building a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to succeed.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and identities and are proud of the diverse community we're creating together.
If you require adjustments at any stage of the process, we're here to support you.
Eligibility
To be considered for upcoming 2027 Early Careers opportunities, you'll need to:
- Have graduated, or expect to graduate, between December 2024 and December 2026
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency
- Be interested in commencing your career in Australia or New Zealand
What to expect
When opportunities open, we'll guide you through each stage of the process.
While requirements may vary slightly between roles, the journey typical includes:
- 1: Application submission
- 2: Immersive online assessment
- 3: Virtual interview
- 4: In-person assessment experience where you'll collaborate, solve problems and get to know Accenture
- 5: A final interview
- 6: Offer and onboarding into our Early Careers community
We've designed our process to help you showcase your potential, strengths and unique perspective — not to catch you out.
Ready to get started?
Whether you've had your career mapped out for years or you're still exploring what's possible, we'd love to hear from you.
Already graduated and ready to get started earlier? We may have opportunities to start in 2026 also!
Your future starts here. Reinvent with Accenture.
