As our Dispatch Coordinator, you'll play one of the most important roles in the business - making sure the right technician gets to the right job at the right time.

About the Role

This is much more than simply booking jobs.

You'll be responsible for coordinating our technicians throughout the day, maximising efficiency, supporting our field team,



and helping achieve our daily revenue targets.

Every decision you make has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, technician success and company profitability.

Your Responsibilities

- Dispatching electricians, plumbers, solar technicians, apprentices, installers and subcontractors
- Matching the right technician to the right job
- Optimising daily schedules for maximum efficiency and profitability
- Reviewing every job before dispatch to ensure technicians have the information they need
- Booking appointments and managing schedule changes throughout the day
- Coordinating installation jobs and subcontractor work
- Holding technicians accountable to company processes and standards
- Assisting customers with schedule changes and resolving issues professionally
- Working closely with our Parts Manager to ensure materials are ready for upcoming jobs

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Loves organisation and planning
- Can make confident decisions in a quick-paced environment
- Stays calm under pressure
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is proactive and enjoys solving problems
- Can confidently juggle multiple priorities at once
- Has experience scheduling trades or service technicians (highly regarded)
- Is comfortable using computers and job management software
- Enjoys working as part of a high-performing team

Experience in the trades or home services industry is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
