Eating House Restaurant in Rowville, VIC, is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen leadership team. This hands-on role suits a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to take on greater responsibility in a rapid-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen.

You will lead kitchen sections, supervise and train staff, coordinate service, maintain food safety and presentation, and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations.
