About the Role

We're looking for a creative and organised Brand Marketing Coordinator to join the Skechers Marketing team! Reporting to the Brand & Wholesale Marketing Manager, you'll support the execution of Skechers' marketing strategy across Australia and Current Zealand. Working across brand campaigns, social media, PR, influencer marketing, wholesale marketing and activations, you'll help bring the brand to life across every customer touchpoint.

What You'll Do

- Support the delivery of integrated brand campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage Skechers' organic social media channels, content calendar and community engagement.
- Coordinate campaign creative, photoshoots and marketing assets for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with PR activity, showroom management and media requests.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, product gifting and creator partnerships.
- Support partnerships, sponsorships and brand activations from planning through to execution.
- Partner with Wholesale Account Managers to deliver marketing support across key retail accounts.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of POS and marketing collateral.
- Monitor campaign and social performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, campaign administration and marketing calendars.





Who We're Looking For

- 1+ years' experience in a marketing or brand coordination role.
- Experience managing or coordinating social media content and campaigns.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience working with PR or events is highly regarded.
- Canva or basic design experience is advantageous.
- Flexible to occasionally support events and activations outside standard business hours.
