We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly, professional and highly driven Operations Team in Bundaberg.

National Poly is a leading Australian manufacturer of premium polyethylene water tanks and liquid storage solutions. As part of the Kingspan Group, we operate manufacturing facilities across Australia and have built a reputation for quality, innovation and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Administration & Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly Operations Team in Bundaberg. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, planning and working with customers. While logistics experience is an advantage, it is not essential . If you're highly organised, enjoy coordinating multiple tasks and have solid communication skills, we'll provide training in our logistics and scheduling systems.
About the role
You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service by coordinating orders, scheduling deliveries and supporting our production team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating customer deliveries and scheduling transport
- Keeping customers informed about delivery timeframes
- Assisting with production planning and scheduling
- Liaising with customers, transport providers and internal teams
- Maintaining delivery schedules and administration records
- Monitoring workloads and helping ensure production and delivery capacity is managed effectively
- Resolving customer enquiries and coordinating practical solutions
- Providing general administration support to the Operations Team
About You
You don't need extensive logistics experience to succeed in this role. We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Experienced in administration, customer service or office coordination
- A proactive problem solver with strong attention to details
- Reliable, positive and enjoys working as part of a team
Experience in logistics, scheduling or transport is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
