You’re organised and positive at getting things done. You’ve been in roles where you increased productivity because you were on step ahead, organising people and things to keep production high and on track.
You’re now looking for your next challenge in an expanding business that sets big goals and relentlessly pursues them.
You’ll be working one on one with the director and sales manager to get trained and established in your role.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all customers, potential clients and tradespeople.
Ultimately, the result of your role will be to increase production by -
1. Ensuring every call and enquiry is resolved promptly and/or routed to the correct person.
2. Ensuring service technicians are achieving their weekly billable hours of 90%+
3. Increasing the percentage of sales enquiries to booked jobs.
Based in Cairns, Integral Electrics QLD is a locally owned electrical and air-conditioning services business established 10 years ago with plans for continual expansion.
This role is critical for our business, and we’re looking for the right person. We are more interested in your past results, willingness to learn and determination to succeed, than your years of experience.
The role will be demanding, high pressure and very challenging.
