We're searching for an experienced Principal Exploration Geologist to provide technical leadership across a large regional exploration portfolio in Morocco, helping shape exploration strategy, regional geological interpretation and project generation across copper, gold, iron ore and critical minerals.

What you'll actually be doing
- Providing technical leadership across a large regional exploration portfolio.
- Developing regional geological interpretations and mineral systems models to support exploration targeting.
- Leading project generation, target generation and portfolio prioritisation.
- Reviewing exploration strategies, work programs and technical recommendations.
- Identifying and evaluating new exploration opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions.
- Supporting exploration investment decisions through high-quality technical analysis.
- Mentoring and developing exploration geologists while strengthening technical capability across the team.
- Preparing technical reports and presenting exploration outcomes to senior leadership.
You’ll bring
- 15+ years' exploration experience.
- Proven success in greenfields exploration, project generation and mineral discovery.
- Strong technical capability in mineral systems, structural geology and regional geological interpretation.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary exploration teams.
- ArcGIS, Leapfrog, ioGas and geological database software.
- Fluent French would be handy (but not essential).
