South West Industrial Plastics (SWIP) in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimating and tendering across our mining and utilities portfolio. This hands-on role requires building first-principles estimates and driving bids from enquiry to submission.

You will develop labour, plant, materials and subcontractor estimates, leverage supplier networks, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and mentor junior estimating resources while improving estimating systems and cost
