Each inbound sales specialist receives hundreds of high quality marketing-generated leads per month, around:

- 80% of sales come from new inbound marketing enquiries
- 20% come from repeat and existing customers

There is zero cold calling. This is a 100% Inbound sales role.

You will work with:

- Fresh inbound customer enquiries
- Active quotes and open opportunities
- Existing and repeat customers
- Previously quoted customers ready for warm re-engagement

No cold databases. No door knocking. No building a territory from scratch.

Customers have already engaged with Aussie Buckets or expressed interest in our products.

Your job is to respond quickly, understand their requirements, recommend the right solution, follow up consistently and close the sale. We remove the hardest part of most sales roles: finding enough customers to speak with. You bring the sales ability, urgency and discipline to convert the opportunity.

All product and industry training provided & no industry experience preferred

You do not need machinery,



construction or excavator attachment experience.

We often prefer proven salespeople from outside the industry because Aussie Buckets operates differently. We teach every successful hire our products, customers and sales process from the ground up. We can teach you the industry. You must already know how to sell.

This is not an entry-level sales role

We have separate Sales Associate and Sale Consultant positions for people starting or developing their sales careers.

This role is specifically for experienced, high-performing salespeople who can demonstrate strong historical results.

You should already know how to:

- Manage a large number of active opportunities
- Respond quickly and stay organised
- Build trust over the phone
- Follow up consistently
- Negotiate confidently
- Close without relying on excessive discounting
- Take ownership of your target and earnings

What you’ll do

- Manage a high volume of inbound sales opportunities
- Speak with customers by phone, email and online channels
- Understand their machine, application and requirements
- Recommend and quote the correct products
- Follow up active and previously quoted opportunities




- Negotiate and close sales
- Service existing and repeat customers
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline
- Take ownership of your sales target and personal earnings

- Can manage hundreds of opportunities without losing control
- Respond quickly and follow up relentlessly
- Are commercially sharp, competitive and organised
- Want your earnings directly connected to performance
- Are comfortable working full-time from our Melbourne CBD office

Your background may be in automotive, finance, insurance, recruitment, technology, equipment, home improvement, B2B sales or another high-performance sales setting.

Your industry does not matter. Your sales results do.
