About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join our Wastewater Maintenance team in Adelaide.
In this hands-on role, you’ll support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wastewater treatment assets—ensuring maintenance is delivered to high standards while minimising downtime and supporting operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective, long-term repairs
- Executing maintenance schedules to optimise asset reliability and performance
- Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimal repeat failures
- Accurately capturing and reporting maintenance data and work updates
- Supporting team members and collaborating across maintenance and operations teams
- Monitoring subcontractor work and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and cost outcomes
