D'Andrea Architects is an established Adelaide-based architectural practice specialising in residential and commercial projects throughout South Australia. Our work is driven by a commitment to quality design, technical excellence, and strong client relationships.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team and play a key role in the design, documentation and delivery of a diverse range of projects.

About the Role
Working closely with the directors and project team, you will be involved across all stages of project delivery, including:
- Design development and documentation
- Preparation of planning and building approval documentation
- Liaising with clients, consultants and local councils
- Coordinating consultant information
- Producing high-quality Revit based documentation
- Contract administration and construction phase services (where applicable)
- Delivering projects on time and to a high skilled standard
About You
You are an experienced architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects and producing high-quality documentation.
You will bring:
- Architectural qualification with several years' post-graduate experience
- Strong experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects within South Australia
- Excellent understanding of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and local planning requirements
- Demonstrated experience with local council planning and development approvals
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for both modelling and documentation
- Excellent design, documentation, detailing and coordination skills
- Strong communication and client relationship abilities
- A proactive attitude with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Registration as an Architect is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate
