About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our Audi brand.
The role is based at our Mile End service department.
Skills and Experience:
- You will have at least two year's previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
- Superior customer service skills
- Mechanical knowledge is not essential but would be beneficial
- Adopt an adaptable and flexible approach to work as you will be required to switch from brand to brand on a regular basis
- A fast learner who can adapt their personal style to each brand
- Motivated and hard-working with a positive approach
- Reliable, professional, and customer orientated
- Ability to perform well under pressure and excels working within a team workplace
The successful candidate will possess excellent administration and data entry skills along with advanced computer skills. Dealership and Pentana ERA experience would also be highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be taken through the Audi approved training programme for Service Advisors.
