The Role

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role ensuring smooth, high‑quality daily operations, including:

- Leading shifts and motivating team performance
- Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
- Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance
- Managing inventory, stock, and ordering
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and high‑standard venue
- Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
- Supporting team training, culture, and operational success
- Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a quick‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Positive, motivated, and solutions‑focused attitude
- Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
