We're looking for an energetic and analytical Category Strategy Manager to join our high-performing Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Category & Execution, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping category strategies, influencing customer decisions, and driving profitable growth across our portfolio of market-leading brands.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Category Strategy Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for category insights and performance, helping to uncover opportunities and guide strategic decisions across the business.

You’ll:

- Develop and execute category strategies that drive sales growth and profitability
- Lead customer category reviews and influence ranging decisions through compelling insights and recommendations
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to align strategic initiatives and deliver business outcomes
- Provide data-driven recommendations on assortment, pricing, promotions and distribution
- Support Revenue Growth Management initiatives through category and shopper insights
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Manage reporting,



dashboards and category performance analysis using leading data sources and tools
- Contribute to new product launch planning and strategic business development opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external retail partners

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and passionate about delivering insights that drive action.

You'll bring:

- Degree qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Statistics or a related field
- Solid commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Experience in Category Management, Category Strategy, Insights, Revenue Growth Management or a similar role
- Advanced experience with IQVIA, Circana, Quantium or comparable market data platforms
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- A proactive approach, high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
