Permanent Full-Time - 76 hours per fortnight

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will take the helm in leading Acute, Community, and Residential Services with purpose and confidence. As a cornerstone of our Executive Team, you'll champion our Vision, Purpose, and Strategic Direction — all within a robust clinical governance framework. Qualifications / Experience

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Specialist Expertise

To truly excel in this role, you'll bring a powerful combination of technical knowledge and people leadership, including:





- Developed knowledge of and hands-on experience with Activity Based Funding and Residential Funding
- Working knowledge of health accreditation standards, including National Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to conduct business and performance analysis and implement effective strategies
- The ability to set transparent standards, targets, and objectives — and achieve them by inspiring and influencing the performance of others
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and managing staff with confidence and compassion
- A proven track record of cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture
