Rural City of Wangaratta is seeking a Property Contracts Specialist to lead the transformation of the Council's leasing and licensing function in Wangaratta, VIC. The role is temporary and part-time (30.4 hours per week) at $51.40 per hour plus super, through August 2028.
As the SME in leasing and licensing, you will build robust stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, and drive improvements across processes while maximising revenue and asset utilisation.
