Introduction

Amplitude Energy is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function across our operated oil & gas assets. This role will ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective operations through robust strategies, effective planning and flawless execution.

Description

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement all maintenance programs in line with equipment strategies
- Manage the planning and execution of shutdowns, turnarounds and long-term maintenance planning across all operated assets
- Manage key contractor and vendor performance
- Lead root cause failure analyses and embed learnings
- Drive continuous improvement practices
- Collaborate with operations, engineering and senior leaders to optimise asset life-cycle and reduce Total Cost of Ownership
- Ensure compliance with HSEC requirements and foster a solid safety culture
- Provide on-site leadership with regular travel to Orbost and Port Campbell facilities
- Ownership of CMMS including:
- Master data management for maintenance and materials
- Standardised libraries (time and activity) for maintenance tasks
- Performance reporting

Desired Skills and Experience

- 10+ years within the oil and gas industry (or equivalent industry).
- Proven leadership of maintenance teams and contractor/vendor management
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and asset management in oil and gas facilities.
- Demonstrated success managing shutdowns, turnarounds and capital projects
- Proficient with CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and data-driven maintenance practices
- Tertiary or trade qualification in engineering, maintenance or related discipline




- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel regularly to Orbost and Port Campbell sites
- Commitment to HSEC standards and continuous improvement culture
