Mercor is seeking a Finance Expert - Real Assets, Project Finance & Resources, on a contract basis. The remote role focuses on sophisticated cash-flow modeling and risk assessment for real assets in energy, mining, infrastructure and related sectors.
The candidate will build acquisition, development and project-finance models, assess debt sizing and covenant capacity, and translate technical findings into explicit financial conclusions with disciplined assumptions.
