Randstad is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Sydney, NSW. This is a 12-month fixed-term role hybrid, 2-3 days in-office, leading end-to-end predictive modeling and customer analytics for a strategic financial services engagement.

You will build and validate models, perform feature engineering, translate outputs for non-technical stakeholders, and balance core modeling with ad-hoc analytics. A solid background in Python or R and SQL is essential.
