Carpentaria is seeking a Director of Quality, Safeguarding and Risk to lead a multidisciplinary team across disability, youth, aged care and therapy programs in the Northern Territory. The role reports to the COO and CEO and acts as the principal advisor on quality, governance and organisational risk.

Ideal candidates have a health-related degree and at least 5 years in senior leadership, with robust analytical, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
