The Role
This is a full 360° consultant position focused on the contract IT market within the Netherlands. You’ll build and own your desk, develop new client relationships, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences - end to end.
What you’ll do
- Build and grow a personal client portfolio through outreach (cold calls, prospecting, networking).
- Source, screen, and shortlist IT contractors; expertly match to client requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process: interviews, feedback and offer negotiations.
- Close deals and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
About You
- At least 2 years agency recruitment experience.
Ideally in the contract IT market
- Experienced building cold business and expanding these client relationships.
- Fluent Dutch (essential) and robust English.
- Ability to use AI tool to enhance to recruitment cycle.
- Credible, presentable, confident, and ambitious with excellent communication skills.
- A sales-focused mindset, resilience, and the drive to exceed targets.
