TMGM is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own the architecture, scalability and reliability of our high-throughput real-time data ecosystem, leveraging Kafka, RabbitMQ, Airflow and ClickHouse to power financial analytics.

You will lead the design of ETL/ELT pipelines, drive real-time data availability with sub-second latency, and mentor engineers while collaborating with leadership on strategy and governance in a regulated finance setting.
