The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a medium sized team, you will be responsible for:
- Processing the fortnightly payroll for a large employee cohort
- New starters and terminations
- EBA/Award interpretation
- Processing annual leave, sick leave and adjustments
- Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position
- Knowledge of EBA/award interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team based environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
- Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
