About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an allied health professional looking to take their first step into leadership. You will join a rapidly growing, high-retention organisation renowned for its supportive culture, professional development, and career growth opportunities.
As an Allied Health Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support a team of 20 allied health professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Maintain your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality services in homes, clinics, and community settings.
- Mentor and empower your team, fostering personal and professional growth through 1:1 coaching, supervision, and a structured Team Leader Development Program.
- Champion a positive team culture, client outcomes, staff engagement, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve organisational goals and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Physiotherapy.
- Current or in-progress registration with AHPRA, SPA, or AASW.
- 3+ years of clinical experience and experience in NDIS or community-based care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Access to a vehicle and current driver’s licence; willing to obtain NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check if required.
