Quality & Compliance Manager | Up to $150,000+ Super | Home Care
A thriving Home Care business based in Sydney is looking for a Senior Leader to step into a role leading their Compliance and Quality functions within their Sydney and franchised Brisbane locations.
A candidate who has proven experience in a Compliance, Quality, Governance, or Risk management role within the Aged Care sector, preferably in Home Care would be encouraged to apply!
Essential Criteria
- Available F/T Role
- Extensive Experience in a Senior Aged Care Role
- Expert with the the Aged Care Quality Standards, Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, Support at Home Program.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience preparing for, coordinating / responding to quality audits
- Leadership skills
