Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

What’s On Offer

- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability)
- $31.13 - $34.93 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your Recent Role

- Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, etc.
- Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding, etc.
- Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training.
- Safety Practices:



Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers protected.

Key Requirements

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

- Disability Support Worker
- Community Services / Mental Health worker
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Bachelor of Social Work / Nursing
