We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and delivery teams. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions by combining strong functional expertise with technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of accountability across business, IS, and delivery teams.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Define CRM process flows, entity models, business rules, and automation strategies.
- Recommend and implement out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities wherever possible.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions while providing guidance on customisation versus configuration.
- Provide technical oversight for plug-ins, integrations, security models, and role-based access.
- Leverage Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot to enhance business processes.
- Review solution designs and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and enterprise governance standards.
- Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, design reviews, UAT,



and production releases.
- Collaborate closely with architects, Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams, support teams, and business stakeholders.
- Minimise technical debt and ensure future platform scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–8+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a techno-functional role.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customisation, workflows, business rules, and security models.
- Experience with CRM plug‑ins, integrations, and solution architecture.
- Robust knowledge of Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional solution design, and implementation governance.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, UAT, and release management.
