The Role
As a Customer Re‑engagement Agent, you will re‑connect with warm leads – past enquirers who have already expressed interest. Your mission is to reignite their interest and help them save money.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls (approx. 200 daily, 3‑4 hrs of talk time) focusing on quality, value‑driven conversations.
- Maintain focus and commitment to achieving performance benchmarks.
- Use professional scripts and natural charisma to navigate objections.
- Qualify leads and execute timely, warm transfers to the specialist Broker Team.
- Participate in results‑focused coaching to refine skills and maximise commissions.
About You & Qualifications
We look for steady work ethic,
good customer service experience, resilience, confidence to ask for a sale and credibility. Prior experience in sales, hospitality, media sales, retail or charity fundraising is preferred but not mandatory.
