If so, the Shire of Mundaring is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator Youth Engagement to join our Family, Children and Youth Services team.

As the Coordinator Youth Engagement, you will provide leadership and direction in the delivery of high-quality services and programs that meet the diverse needs of the Shire's young people and Aboriginal community. You will play a key role in implementing the Shire's Youth Informing Strategy and reconciliation initiatives, fostering strong community engagement, and developing strategic partnerships.

To be successful, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary issues and aspirations impacting youth and Aboriginal people along with strong leadership skills and an ability to develop and implement engagement strategies. This role will also involve policy formation, program design, and grant funding submissions requiring highly developed administrative, financial,



and project management skills.

A salary in the range of $102,511 – $108,069 will be offered dependent on skills, ability and experience as well as a range of advantages including:
