The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar financial accounting role
- Strong technical accounting skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and proficiency in financial systems
- Sound knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or multi-entity environment
