About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Managing assigned contracts from planning through to completion
- Developing and leading project management plans
- Coordinating teams, site engineers,



and forepersons to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitoring progress against plans, priorities, and specifications
- Processing claims and variations accurately and on time
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing traffic management plans
- Providing technical and engineering advice to support delivery

About You

- Proven experience in project or contract management within civil/infrastructure environments
- Robust leadership capability with the ability to support and guide project teams
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies, compliance, and safety standards
- Commercial acumen including contract administration, claims, and variations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to quality outcomes
